Didn't the first Dungeon Seige (or the expansion) display weapon damage in "damage per 10 seconds"? If so, why did they drop that in this game? Seems to me that way of figuring damage would be infinitely more useful than just a straight range, given their love of differing weapon speeds... I mean, which is better, a "faster" longbow that does 26 - 49 damage, or a "slow" crossbow, that does 36 -68 damage? That's kind of important to know to make a good choice, wouldn't you think?
Okay, I'll stop whining now.
Weapon damage
There you go:
Slow 0.9
Normal 0.73
Fast 0.67
Faster 0.625

I also am a "weapon haste" freak. I remember playing EQ1 for years and the only thing that I really got obsessed with is how much weapon haste I have and what is the damage/delay of my bow.
DS2 only has 4 weapon speed established, faster(daggers?), fast(bow), normal(throw), and slow(Xbow) as the poster above pointed out. If they add weapon delay and haste items with the next expansion, we would put a bit more thought in dressing up our toons rather than going by "min and max". Additional aggro from some of the fastest range weapons in the game and we can get really cerebral on equipment.
Even at Elite difficulty, fast or slow range weapons is irrelevant cause there is no need for aggro control. The game's AI seems as though it is locked on to the toon that is nearest to the mob. Almost always, it would be your tank(if played as a dual wielder can also be the best damage dealer in the party). There isn't any risk in selecting either a high damage/slow delay or low damage/fast delay. Oh and another thing, Crits should be bold white numbers so we at least see some Eye Candy from our plinkers and casters.
I can't rant that much though, Ranger's have Endless Quiver from the start. That there evens out everything.
