honestly, im no noob. ive been playing ds and ds loa for over 2 years now.
but i need much help with the siege editor! i cant figure out how to make a map..... far diff from any other mapping prog ive ever used. anyone got any tips? i just need to know how to make the landscape, i can handle the rest......
EDIT: if there is another mapping prog thats a bit easier, let me know, attach it to your reply or something, lol im desp.

i found it hard to figure out at first also----heres a link you might find helpful
http://www.siegeworks.org/faq.php?rd.3 or make a map,then region,from menu---then open it--it will ask you for a starting position node---then start building your ground or whatever---watch that there green before you click--if there red they wont work when you put the map into your dungeon seige folder-----you can walk around and cheack out what you did---i am by no means an expert with the seige editor----still looking for answeres myself but have been messing with it for a few weeks now and yea its pretty cool---------you can download the map maker also then open it in seige editor-its what i was doing at first---------i hate reading and always try to figure it out for myself--now i am so interested in this i am downloading all the tutorials and trying to learn more about it---------anyway i hope this helps you----
