i have one question if i delete and reinstal the windows is my game will work after that and is my hero will be there

Re-installing OS?

If you're going to re-install your operating system (windows) then I don't have any hope for your game. I recommend backing up your saved game to a disc before you try this. Then after you install Windows, re-install your DSII. After that then insert your saved game file.

yes but the problem is that i can find where are the saves of the game and i do not know which files to keep. My game is instaled on D: and i can't find anything about the game in C: and C: will be delete

your save game files are on your os drive (which ever drive windows is on) the path is ?:\documents and settings\your user\my documents\my games\ dungeon siege 2\save.

Save the whole "save" directory.
