I have obtained the Agallan Reliq., and know that the next item i need is Harpy Feathers. I have met Harpys but do not have a clue where to find these blasted feathers. Please help.

The relic goes to Nalus in Kalrathia. Follow the plank past Telgrey's house, and on the north wall you'll find him standing in that semi-circle part of the wall. Talk to him, you get the feathers in exchange for the relic.
