I sent Finala to the Inn because see was no good, but now I need her again, but when I try to rehire her from the Inn she changes and becomes Deru. And since I already have Deru in my party I just get the message that I cant have two of her in my party. What do I do now? Anyone have a solution??

It's the Inn bug, it seems and bummer if it is.
What happens is the NPC in the Inn disappears and is replaced with a duplicate version of another NPC, which is I think what you are describing there. As far as I know there is no solution to this but you might want to look around the web. There is an attempt to figure it out though, so if you don't mind helping them, or you could at least ask in a new thread if this is your case, here:
