What Do You Want in KotOR III?
yep you can kill him. when your playing ds and you come back from the temple with bastila and you ask whos with you and who isnt, zalbaar will tell you that hes with you. but mission isnt. so you can try and force zalbaar to kill her or tell mission that "its time to die" either way, he wont let her die, so he tries to kill you and fails miserably...
really? i thought visas was kinda... flakey. eh all the same she was pretty cool. i wouldnt mind having her back. as NPC tho...

I've only played DS once, can you let Mission run free?
Hmm, it is true you only had one conversation with her, but i liked the idea of turning a sith. (and there was that whole 'my life for yours' thing :mischiefKayos wrote:really? i thought visas was kinda... flakey. eh all the same she was pretty cool. i wouldnt mind having her back. as NPC tho...

You make a good point but if you think about it, the Miraluka are mostly jedi and Atton said that he'd never heard of a Sith one so maybe they're brought up the jedi way. Also Visas had scars on her before you give her a beating so Nihilus obviously treated her as Sith do ... painfully. Maybe she was never a hardcore Sith.
Hmm. Much fear i sense in you. Be mindful of your feelings. Fear is a path to the Dark side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering ...
it would get closed. you just watch. lmao  but it would be a very intresting thread, ill give you that... lets do it! lol

your right. i had forgotten that most miraluka were brought up as jedi. so yea, maybe your right, she prolly wasnt a hardcore sith. but i still say she shoulda been tougher to turn... *shrugs* eh

hmm yeh your probly right... although it makes sense she was easy if you were a male coz the sith are sposed to use their emotions and she obviously had a thing for you... but female should have been a bit harder

yea... maybe thats it. i liked visas, she was totally awsome... i just thought that... well something was absent from her overall character... like a feeling that she was incomplete. but maybe thats just because the game was rushed... eh

Unimaginetive!!!
I know the unofficial plot has already half been unveiled, but all i can see is a lot of messages of the same boring old stuff, what i would like to see is a brand new plot line. there are over 20,000 years of the old republic to look at! a story involving exar khun and maybe the final battle that destroyed him (or at least his body) on the moon of yavin 4, but like i said theres 20,000 plus years of old republic history, all the plot lines of the mandalorian wars and the jedi civil war are starting to get old, im bored of revan and malak, something new would be a breath of fresh air.
whats everyone elses opinion?

Well, not so much about Malak, he wasn't that great of a character, and i think they've exhausted the KI storyline, besides, he's dead. As for Revan, though, s/he is just shrouded in mystery, and they could definately go into more detail about Revan's training, association with Kreia, homeworld, etc. I think everybody wants revan back in K3.

I think that would be on par with getting bored of the Skywalker/Rebelion vs. The Empire plot line after Empire Strikes Back...
I will say that they need to wrap things up in this next game and then move somewhere else in history (assuming they keep making these games). The movies were triologies, the game should be a triology as well. They probably won't be doing Exar Kun though, seeing as how so much as already been done with it (its a bit harder to make a RPG when everyone already knows how the story plays out), but there has to be something that happens in between Revan's time and Anakin Skywalker's... I doubt the galaxy just twiddled its thumbs for four thousand years waiting for the Choosen One to show up, plus a lot less in that time period has been written/expanded upon. Still, the third game is needed for Revan's plotline, just to wrap things up so they can move on.

if its gonna be a triolgy then they should at least have most of the old characters back. in my opninon, a triolgy is just pointless if it doesnt generally pick up where it left off with most of the previous characters.

I was thinking of a real-time hunting lodge. I know it was mentioned before. Still, it would be cool if you could take trophies of killed by you beasts (skin, claws etc.) and then sell them in the Lodge. Or you could turn it into a faction, which you could later join, make quests for.

In this forest death rules
Over this chasm riders of doom and face him with a deadly pale
Spectre face
Grim as stone, ride to the deathfields... Blackness and doom
A total eclipse of the sun
Die by the northern triology in the mist by the hills

I would agree with you, but the games are too open to bring back many characters. The segway between 1 and 2 was well done, but hardly flawless, and 2 was even more open than 1.
Take Atton for example, in the end he could be a jedi, a sith, or still a human. He could go back to being a murderer or remain "the fool" as Kreia put it.
Just because The Exile chose light or dark doesn't mean Atton or anyone else for that matter chose the same path. Remeber that negative influence will make their alignment opposite the player's, therefore throwing a BIG monkey wrench in the works.
I agree that some old characters need to make an appearence, but they should be non playable.
Of course you could always go with cannon endings for both games and use that for a starting point for 3, but the Vader wannabes would get upset at that.

When all else fails, try brute force.
