help i need to get a Luun's Deathblades

people help me i need the Luun's Deathblades set were i can find it i`ve looked in walkthrought but didn`t find it

and it says that it`s in the quest who gives it????

I THINK these items are dropped by the assassin when you defeat him - (one of the secondary quests in Act 2) ... Can anyone confirm this is correct?-

(my Lothar does loads of damage swinging these two around!)
