you could play as reven if the third game you would go into the sith empire or mabe you could be some of his old friends looking for reven in the sith empire but
reven and bastilla must be in the third game

My Kotor 3
PLOT-
Taking place from befor kotor 1 and then on to kotor 3
it is before the madalorian wars. a pregnant female(chosen race) is on board her ship. she is a famed warrior of the force. she has never been trained by jedi nor sith. where she learned the ways of the force is unknown. maybe that will be revealed later in the game. her pregancy is going wrong. her droid is piloting her ship to find some medical attention. if she is not tended to she may die. she has a force bond with the child inside her whom(you). if something happens to you she dies and if something happens to her she dies. the ship comes in contact with a sith warship. the ship is then boarded by a sith lord along with 50 sith assasins. the female is taken hostege. the sith look to keep the child for them selvs. they sense the incredible connection to the force the child has. it is even greater then that of its famed mother. they assist the childs birth. the child is born. the mother is near death and they take her into another shuttle. it is possible that she is being sent to execution. the child some how senses what is going on and attacks. it uses an unknown technique which kills every sith on board the sith warship. the shuttle in which the mother has been taken takes off. the sith warship crashes on courasent. the authorities from courasent board the ship looking for survivors. they find hundreds of dead sith and one living baby which is the only survivor. they secrure the child. the jedi reveal that it is strong in the force and bring it before the council. the council decides the the child is young enough to be trained. they train the child through its child hood. there is a cinema similar to the one with kotor 1. it shows the child going through the training.the child is now an young adult padawan. you are given a master and are now cleared to go onto missions with your master. he joins your party for the first few missions. then on one of the missions you and your master encounter sith assasins. you fight through the assasins. then it goes to a cinema. a force ghost of a sith lord appears and whipes through your master and kills him. the sith lord disapears in a cloud of smoke. then a sith warship simmalr to that of malak in KOTOR 1 bombs the planet you are on. you some how come across a rusty old frieghter(the ebon hawk). a person runs over to the rusty old freighter you are standing near and says common we havnt got much time. you board the ship and take off. you try to shake off the sith fleet that is hovering over the planet. you get past them but the ship is incredibly damaged. you land on a small colonist like planet for parts. while exploring this planet you come across an older mentor figure. he informs you that courosant has been deserted mysteriously. you now have no one to teach you in the ways of the force. the mentor offers to teach you and he tells you alot of stories through out the game. you find the parts and pick up some more party members and leave the planet. on your way off the planet you encounter some more of the sith fleet. you shake them off and head towards another planet. this planet is for the most part a black market mercenary world ruled by a mysterious king. on this planet there are many mercs bounty hunters and alien life froms. it would not be uncommon to see mandalorians, echani, sith soldiers, iradorians and even some fallen jedi without any alliance. the fallen jedi are pretty much loners and assasins who use there force powers for cruel entertainment and money. the king holds very few laws for his mercs. the only loyalty the mercs and bounty hunters have to swear is to the king. in return he gives them infinite freedom as long as they follow his orders and dont interfear with him accomplishing his greedy goals. there are lots of ways to do some real good and some bad in this city. (lots of dark/light points)
as you fight through the obsticles on this planet you get the kings attention. he sends some assasins after you to kill you/test you. eventualy you appear before him. right away you can sense he has the power of a dark jedi master. he tells you that him and his thousands of mercs have great power in his over arrogant opinion. he is going to begin invasions of other planets to increse his military power and economic surplus. he offers you an alliance. if you accept you will help him in taking over a planet. if you decline you are arrested and put on board his shuttle. if you are arrested then you will escape and fight through his armies. if you join him then you will fight along side him and his forces of mercs and dark jedi. after the battle your mentor pulls you aside. he tells you of the threat of the true sith. they are hungry and wish to kill you, the jedi, fake sith and take the galaxy over for themselvs. he tells you that they are so great in numbers that they appear invincible. there are many factions of the sith and not just the ones maskerading around in warships with machines. he says there are some that just drain all life and some that are gods with lightsabres. after they are through with there conquest to take over the galaxy they will probably even turn on themselvs. there will be little left of the galaxy. he tells you that reven and the exile have ventured into the unknow region to find some keys to stoping this threat. in order to stop them from taking the galaxy over with their power unchecked you will have to follow reven and the exile's trakcs. you will also need armies and allies of thousands. if you helped the king take over the planet then his armies will join you. if you killed him for evil you can take his army over for yourself. if you killed him to save the planet you can get the support of the planets armies. now you have to voyage out to other planets and try to gain more armies, party members and weapons. on every planet you visit you will be in search of allies against the true sith. along the way you find out more about the true sith and there origins. you find out about all the dark lords of the sith on korriban. you discover how they have the ability to return to power even after there death. the dark side is stronger then ever waging war with machines, assasins, dark jedi, and many sith lords. even some of the spirits of the dark lords of the sith are returning because they can sense the opportunity for the extinction of all jedi. you deside the outcome of the battle at the end of all things. after the true sith are defeated you can go into exile, join the counsle as a jedi master and contiue to help others or become the strongest sithlord to ever be seen in the galaxy. either way you should be able to contiue playing after the game is beaten. that would make it awsome.

I think he could come back but playable or even a member of your crew but i think the outfit is stupid.A robe with his hood up with a friggin red boba fet mask ???? every thing else is fine apart from the boba fet mask tho. and having a acedemy of sith in the star forge and the unkown world too

Ok, please don´t make me read all the 11 pages, I finished KotOR2 right now. I didn´t like Nar Shadaa and such an opened-end, but here´s what I´d like to see (and not to see) in KotOR3 
1. New (your) character.
2. Party members may have their own agenda (I read that somewhere at the beginning of this topic ), come and go, but no wild switching like on N.Shadaa. One party on Dxun and one on Onderon was nice, but I was loosing myself and my character on N.Shadaa.
3. Intro/Prologue: The Exile, after leaving Malachor, heading *somewhere* inside the Ebon Hawk, is silent, thinks a lot, spends his time alone. Then one night, while everybody sleeps, he gets out of T3 coordinates, maybe leaving a good-bye letter, leaves the Ebon Hawk on a laser beam in search of Revan, whatever. He´s gone.
4. You child character on Dantooine! Few years after those battles (not much, so Bastila ain´t an old hag), Jedis are trying to rebuild the Order, the Enclave, bringing new kids,... you are one of those. Then blablabla studying, blablabla learning, blablabla trials, blablabla some dark influence, so you may choose sides.
Leaving Dantooine several times accompanying some diplomats, some talks, some thug fighting.
You may have your friend from the academy with you, whom switches to the dark side/stays with the light side; eventually dies, preferably in your hands (so that ladies may shed a tear).
Situation gets worse and worse, you´re on your own, Bastila nad Brianna joins you, you meet Visas somewhere on your travels. Situations gets even worse, some biiig trouble, maybe **** errr Sith, true Sith Lord have come to Republic, whatever, you fight him, you cannot win, you´re almost beaten, when Revan and The Exile emerge and save the day. Their alignment same as yours, if they´re Dart Guys they may even kill you for being such a weakling, or you may kill everyone else and rule the space, hohoho.
It´s a cliche but I like it
5. I really like the idea of some main characters being killed.
6. When creating my character, I want to know in advance what feats, what powers I may learn, what prestige classes are there, how many skillpoints each class has, their special feats, weaknesses... Neverwinter Nights-like

From what Ive seen it seems that the majority of you want to continue the relationships in between characters Im thinking to myself couldnt you just do that with new charecters, I meen as long as the plot is deep and fulfilling I really don't care if Revan or for that matter any of the old characters come back
I don't fancy playing a main character's story from the perspective of a 3rd party, let alone some other guy aside from the character whose story revolves around him/her, as what someone in this forum has stated previously.
In most games I've played, I have yet to come upon any game which story revolves around the main character but you play from the perspective of someone else aside from the main character. Only KOTOR 2 has met this definition because, as what somebody in the forums stated, Kreia seems to be the main character or the story seems to revolve around her rather than you, the Exile. Find it a little irksome at times.
Another game that falls in this category, in my opinion, is Lord of the Rings: the Third Age. This game revolves around the main cast of characters in the Lord of the Rings movies and yet you play from the perspective of an alternate party who is trying to play catch up with the main casts of the movie.

[I think that you should be able to play as a new chrachter but, you find in Kotor 3 that Reven is dead, that Carth ( If you are female) joins you to help avenge Reven's death and the same with bastila if you are male. I think also that THe handmaiden/ disciple should leave. Mandalore ( Canderous) should go back to the way he was in kotor 1, HK and T3 stay (coz they are the best!!!) and that atton stays,

Bringing back Revan
Well, I like the idea of having Revan back. Bastila's hot (ok as much as a computer-generated character can be) but not necessary to be playable really. I would rather study at the Jedi Academy on Dantooine along with her and some others (Belaya, Juhani, etc.). In short: i would like to see them back both, but only Revan playable.

It would be cool to have them both, playable or not. Familiar characters make the game more interesting, you know Carth became an admiral and so on...Bastila is hot I agree too, but I think the Exile must be back. I like this character the most, just because is on his own, or one of a kind if you will.
I've read many of the posts, and some things piled up i want to say.
I've really liked Revan as PC. Much better than the Exile. And i've really liked the romance between Revan and Bastila.
So i'd like to play them again, but much more important that i'd like to know what happened to them. (And I want a Happy End!!!)
I can live with the thing, that they are old or dead at the time of the 3rd game. But I'd like to hear about their future after Kotor II. Ok, i'm somewhat interested in the future of the exile too.
Many of you said there are too many variables. If revan was a he or a she, if s/he was DS/LS... Was the 4-5 lines in which U decided about the past happenings really so much of a pain?

I don't really like the idea of a "not too related" new hero after 1-5 years after Kotor. WTF? Are theese super-jedis growing like weed? There are almost more super-jedis than normal ones. Some new superhero coming from nowhere is a little too plain and overused. There can't be hundred uber strong unrelated jedis in the same generation!
If you want a really new hero, then the story must be more than a pair of years after Kotor II. 40-50 at least. Or even some hundred years.
There are enough time before Episode One. (Even in this case i'd like to hear the fate of the characters from K1&2. Especially Revan and Carth/Bastila. And i accept no bad ending! )

The only problem with this idea. Bastila and Carth could be dead if sy choosed that option in K1. So using this idea means to lay down Bastila/Carth is alive and there was a romance with revan and them. I could live with it, but i'm a fan of the canonical version (Revan Male LS romancing Bastila...
) anyway, and i can understand if other people doesn't like their favourite Sith Lord going down the water gang.they really shouldnt kill revan off before the third installment finishes.
it would be nice to have bastila as a party member again, even revan could be made as a party member if all the dialogue involving him was used with force thought or some strange sounds like nihilus's speaking. subtitles could appear in the bottom translating revan's thoughts and what not.
still, i think revan shouldn't be a pary member but bastila should, then again i always liked bastila and it wouldnt be impossible to reromance her, i mean considering jedi arent even supposed to have "such attachments"
i think the entire kotor III should be based around trying to find revan, and perhaps he will be an npc or boss or something that would be nice too

No Revan and Bastila kid
I really dont like the idea of Bastila and Revan having a kid, because Revan could be a woman. If you remember from TSL, bastila asks you if you saw him/her when you are on the space station. I dont mind having Revan being a guy, that actually would set things up better. The idea of Bastila being a party member seems good, but what i would like to see her as part of the new jedi council on dantooine (TSL- Kreya says that Disciple will be on a new council). Them meeting again would be nice, ive already thought of a few ways that could be done. If you guys read my post on Storylines & Remarks, i think that will get some of you to agree with me.
