problem in Aman Lu

every time i try to enter the magic shop in Aman lu a fatal problem happen and i jump out of the game. is any one know what is the problem?
i try to install the patch 2.2 but even after it nothing happen and the problem is still there.

Sounds like a bad install. Try deleting it and reinstalling it clean.

i have tried it before. but when i copy the save game form preveious installation it happen again.i dont want to play that long again to reach Aman lu again and then see that even in the new game the same problem happen.

Have you given consideration that your save game file may be the issue?

You can easily

Check this, open Windows Explorer go to the Games folder in My Documents not C:\ drive and open the Dungeon Siege 2 folder, look in the subfolder, Saves. Delete the recent saves - that is yourcharactername.ds2party and yourcharactername.ds2radar. Now remove the .ds2bk1 the files ending .ds2party.ds2bk and .ds2radar.ds2bk1, this should give you older backup files to work with.
