i've read your guide but i don't understand english very well

Equip the staff first, then use the chant.

Ah ok, you probably didn't get the quest yet. Never mind then - in Act III I think, you get a quest involving a staff and three of these caverns, you'll see. The name of the cave will be in your quest log, as well as two others. If you didn't get the quest for the staff, there is nothing you can do there yet.

Well then just remember where it is and also, you'll probably run into the other two as well before you actually get to it.
