Storm Nimbus

I have a questing about the Storm Nimbus talent.
Does this also effect my "fireballs" i shoot from my staff? Or only just normal melee attacks?
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

It affects all weapons. It's my favorite skill right now.

Storm nimbus is part of a lightning/cold master skill, and fireball ... isn´t it in "earth" ... (sorry , just started this game yesterday..). So after level 8 all skills stacks (?) together, like magical skill and so on...

if you use Storm Nimbus - the bonus added depends on your staff you use. if you have an icestaff it adds the icedam. if you have a lightningstaff it adds the lightningdam.

edit: and i think a firestaff dont work with that. same as the skill of the stormwisp. he adds elementaldam but only when you use ice/lightning.

i know, but how?

ill explain: ive used an icestaff all the time. mastered Storm Nimbus and then ive put all points into Heart of Frost till it was mastered. so i decided to put some in Static Charge to increase the dam of the lightning too but nothing happens...

every point in heart of frost improved my damage a little bit but not in static charge. thats why i thought it depends on the damage you have on your weapon. if ice then icedam, if lightning then lightningdam.. if nothing maybe random?

errrn... dont know -.-

Umm....you could open a small quick slot for Storm Nimbus and then open your inventory.

Place a single staff inside, doesn't matter what, and then hit the quickslot and watch your mini character profile's Damage increase.

It should do that since Storm Nimbus is continually active.

It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

It's an active skill. You have to turn it on if you want to use it. I've got a couple aura skills on my spellcaster character, and I hotkeyed them to 1 and 2.

I am also wondering about this.... do you get the +lightning damage% to spells from Static Charge?

OMG that would be awesome! :speech:
