what are these items with green? epic are blue, legendary are purple, but what's green?

I think the term used is "rare" not sure though... ;)

Green items are random items that give percentage-based bonuses.

In the manual they say that green items are of the "rare" quality, just below epic but sometimes a good rare item with mods you need is better than an epic item if you put a charm in it.
A huuuuge Titan Quest, Diablo II, Warcraft III, and Call of Duty 2 fan :)
