Stuck in DS2 Act III

I'm right outside the Mines of Kaderak and I've destroyed 3 of the statues but the forth simply isn't there.

There's a beam of energy blocking the fourth doorway but it's just hanging there in space.

The gold star is above where the statue should be but it's not there to destroy.

Anyone know how I can get around this?

It's a bug. There are four statues. Try reloading the game and pray it doesn't happen again.

I don't understand HOW it can be bugged every single time I load the game, even after I've turned off my computer...

Would the only way around this be to actually play through the entire game again until the point I'm at now?

If so, is there any way I could keep my character while playing through again?

If you are playing single player now you can export this character to multiplayer game. But, you will be limited to 3 person team...
