Be aware that disable dosen't work with a spear. This bug should be fixed in a patch at some time, but till then use your skillpoints somewhere else...
Get some points in Art of hunt and find cover. These are one of the best hunting skills. I would max'em both since art of hunt gives pierce bonus against all creatures, not only animal kind and find cover is the only defence you get in hunting against the deadly archers later in the game. You could put one point in trailblazing for more speed and less entrapment time.
You only need 1 point in take down, later in the game the damage you need just the movement bonus.
Why the one point in markmanship ? Else it looks fine

Always use armor handling!!!! Usually 66% of the armor value on a piece of equipment negates the damage you receive. Ex: An armor with 60 armor value will reduce damage you take by 40. Armor handling gives a direct bonus to armor absorption, at max lvl it gives 16%. That means that you now have 82%. The armor will now reduces damage by 49. Might not seems like a lot but do the maths with end game armor and you will see huge boosts in damage absorption. For 6 points you really can't go wrong. Hope this helps
