What are these Superior Agallan Stones? Havent seen a use for them as of yet.

There's some guy in the Dryad Outpost that takes your Agallan Tablets and lets you buy an item of your choice from him. Items are not that good though.

That guy is close to the teleporter in the Dryad Outpost. It depends on your level. As Elite, I agree with High Five, you have only crap, but for lower levels you have something interesting. Anyway, I found interesting the spell book (from Traveller's Set) even for the Elite. It gives you some boost for protection against magic.

If you want to see what goods are available for selling, try to save your game before speaking with the guy, buy something (DO NOT SAVE after that of course

), reload you game, come back, etcaetera, etcaetera, so you could browse all
the items available.

Sorry for reviving thread but its better than starting another

Dont know if the stuff from F&K depends on lvl. I found 5 agallan tablets and after buying 5 items there were only 2 left to choose. For whole BW this guy had the same items to choose, only question is if they are randomly generated at beggining of BW.

Also did someone managed to collect Teasha's Armament and Traveller's Trinkets sets? I bought 1 item from both but couldnt complete these sets on merc. Teasha`s katanas would be nice replacement for Luun`s Deathblades.

I think I have a spellbook from the Traveller's Trinkets set but I don't know what the second item of the set is. But I'm not playing ds anymore cause I got into WoW... I'm keeping my savegames though, who knows! Maybe if a patch comes out and it fixes all the infamous bugs of the expansion I may get back to playing...
