sigh...help plz

i am playing single player and have six lv 78 character and the sixth one is armen who is the shooter that relate to the mushroom quest armen vision. yesterday night, i start a new game which is mercenary lv because i want to bring armen to finish the mushroom quest but armen is replaced by drevin. So i exit the game and go back to elite lv but unfortunately i can't find back my armen. i have try to find him in amanlu inn or ask the innkeeper but he just disappear........

can anyone help to solve it plz??
