You're more than likely not going to see Legendary items until you reach Legendary Difficulty.

Also, please avoid profanities, I've edited it out this time for you.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Well you're also rather close to legendary anyays. Basically it's like don't expect a bunch of legendary items when you've just started greece in epic.

Also I belive the Manual states quite clearly that you shouldnt expeft to find purple gear before reaching the end of act 3 really, just to let you have some idea of how hard they be to obtain.

Siberys I have actually got Epics and Legendary in Crete in the past. (Only one Legendary). The Epic ones were not really bad either. If i remember correctly it was Obsidian armor pieces :)

A legendary in normal is a lucky find indeed!
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
