Play Mutiplayer character in SP with all Qs

hi,
i started to play DS2(later on DS:BW) with my friend in a LAN game
i have now a character lv 50 and since my friend doesnt haver time very often and i dont want to make a lan game and get limited with 3 party memebers i wanted to ask if there is a good way to import his MP character with the Quests and items into SP... i tryed to replace the save files of the MP with the SP but if i start a singleplayer game now i got my character but the Qs are grey and I dont have the teleporters i normaly have... its like I startet a new game but just with my MP character.
How can i get the Qs thing to work so that i can play in the Sp modus from the point on were i left the game in the MP modus with all my Qs??

MP to SP ( Same Saves)

If you copy the folder: <Your characters name> from: My Documents/My Games/Dungeon Siege 2/Save/MultiPlayer.

Then paste that folder into: My Documents/My Games/Dungeon Siege 2/Save/SinglePlayer.

That should make the Mp game into a Sp game with all the same saves.
(P.S. Make sure that you dont have a character of the same name in the single player folder already).
( Also to make sure that when back in Dungeon Siege 2 you dont press contine in main menu. Go into single player then select the character you moved. This works in the normal DS2 game. Not sure about broken world. Make sure you copy the whole <Character Name> folder. )
( Also file types for DS2 may be different for DS2 BW. Also folder may be in a diferent location to the one suggested above.)
