Lost book with keycode

Hi, i lost the booklet inside my box with the keycode on it. Tried to email them but somehow its difficult to get the right email adress. I have my id number so i can proof i really bought the game cept i dont know how to contact them. Sucks big time cuz i wanted to play ds2 on my new computer. :/ Help?
