camera mode problem( bug)

there is only one camera mode is this game? It could be bug. I zone in other area of the game and find that I'M looking at ground. I could not find any way get out of it except to save and log out game and go back in. Any idea why? Is the game or my Pc video card?

Yeap it's a ingame bug alright. No need for quitting just reload the savegame to continue smoothly
