Convert DS2: BW save to DS2 save?

I bought DS2: Broken World to play online, problem is there is almost noone there. I've found there are more people playing the original DS2. Unfortunately I just don't want to have to start over again creating a new DS2 character. When I started my chararacter I converted my lvl 2 DS2 original to a BW char and leveled him to 18. I'm still in act 1. I'd like to be able to use my lvl 18 and play it on regular DS2. Is this possible?
