having revan and or the exile as playible characters would defeat the purpose of the game, part one didn't really say much, but part two you played as the exile searching for your connection to the force only to find out about your connection to revan and his story, Revan ran off to face whatever it was he was going to face, exile did his thing, playing as either one wouldn't make sense due to the fact their fates were made by your choices in the game, revan ds kills bastilla, big z, and mission, exile darkside he stays to train more sith, where in that does it say either of them went off to go fight a threat that will save the galaxy?
Fear is the emptiness inside your heart. Never underestimate the capablities of someone's actions towards you.

I say raven comes back as a playable character with bastila and they are in love and get married. It would be neat to have raven and bastila start a sith acdemy and a huge empire or you could start a jedi academy, w/e the player prefers. It would kind of be cool to own ur own ship or even lead armies to war, it might be hard ot make but it would be awesome. I'd say.

But the reason their part is so small in K2 is precisely the reason that I doubt we'll see them in any bigger role in K3 - it takes a heck of a lot of working out of the various possible endings of K1 to situate them at one place.Jobee_Bindo wrote:I don't know if they should be playable characters, but if they are I won't complain. No matter what you should be able to interact with them and not just something small, like in KOTOR II.

I do sense a slight problem with this idea, though - and I emphasise, very slight - if you played Revan as female in K1+2. Or if you happened to kill Bastilla in K1, though this was sometimes overlooked in K2.bastillasith wrote:Bastilla and Revan should return. Revan should only have a camo however. Bastilla and Revan were married after the events of KOTOR 1 and Bastilla had 2 kids , one is the main charcter and the other is a sith apprentice.

Kotor 3, Being Revan agaion.
When kotor 3 comes out, im picking my same old black avatar, from Kotor 2.
Seems odd that your old Exile be different.
Kotor 1. played Revan first time as a female. When I played Kotor 1 afther beatting it the first time, my second revan was a dude.
Not sure if I want Revan as a female in kotor 3. My strong oppinon is, I want Revan to be a dude when I play kotor 3.

I would not like to have Revan or Bastilla as playable characters. Personally it would not make sense. Revan is in a place no one truly knows, atleast not his exact location, just relative. Bastilla was not a playable character in KOTOR II and I think she should be an NPC to talk to. Carth should play his role as he did in KOTOR II as an NPC, and the rest are up for grabs, but the characters from KOTOR II only did what they did(following you) because in the story you developed such strong bonds with them. In KOTOR 1 when it came to the end if you were dark most of your party disagreed with you, but if you were light you only lost Bastilla. This story needs to be new, and have new people. The Exile should be in game too, but as a NPC to start and maybe at the end Revan and/or Exile should join your party

Carth son died on Telos when Saul Kratath bombed the planetJFSOCC wrote:exile and revan join up, main character in K3 needs to look for them on the outer rim, when he/she finds them, they join up.
all the other characters are there too, playable or not. maybe carth's son instead of carth, something like that.

If I want the previous characters like Bastilla and Revan to return, I suspect that they will more likely be there as cameo appearances if the game opt for a new main character. I remember sequels for certain games (not sure of their names) did this before.

Hello and welcome back, Obrad. As for the new main character being their child, it's not a bad idea but wouldn't that leave a very large time gap between the events that happen in the previous games and the current one (assuming that the main character is 20 years old for example)?obrad wrote:I want the new main character to be their child.
