I agree. You can't have permanent because of the major affect on the loading time and performance. Imagine how long it would take to load if someone felt the need to rip the entire corridor apart, and don't forget how much lag you'd experience. And the easy way to explain this is, the people can't have a damaged area, so they repaired it.
It's not who you are underneath, but what you do that defines you.

i don't know if this has already been mentioned but what about a force power where you could make the ground split open to swallow your enemies(use only if your surrounded lol). also a power like kreia's at the end of II with the sabers would be kinda cool
Fear is the emptiness inside your heart. Never underestimate the capablities of someone's actions towards you.
Wasn't it all a bit exagerated ? The way she killed three Jedi Masters in a second ?Darth_Juro wrote:i don't know if this has already been mentioned but what about a force power where you could make the ground split open to swallow your enemies(use only if your surrounded lol). also a power like kreia's at the end of II with the sabers would be kinda cool

Judging by the Star Wars films revive should be a dark side power, since it is unnatural to do it. Also, I would like the power that makes your enemy your friend PERMANENTLY at cost of 99% of your Max Vitality Points.

Powers I'd like to see in kotOR III:
Enhance Ability - The Force boosts the user's abilities, empowering his or her strength, dexterity, and endurance. Yoda uses this ability to overcome the infirmities of old age, which is quite necessary for a practitioner of Form IV lightsaber combat. (Universal power)
Protection - A power generally only achieved by high-ranking Jedi masters, Force protection will make the bearer invulnerable to a wide range of physical weapons, energy weapons, and Force powers. The ultimate in terms of defense. Normally only Jedi thoroughly devoted to the Light Side can learn this power; thus it is a curiosity that Jerec, one of the Dark Jedi that Kyle Katarn faces in Dark Forces II, can use this ability. Quite possibly, it is a result of his learnings at the Valley of the Jedi. (Light side power)
Destruction - Certain gifted Sith warriors are able to perform devastating explosive attacks upon their enemies. This ability, fueled by the Sith's hatred, can create a powerful energy field and throw it at any direction. This power is used often by the Dark Jedi Boc and Jerec in the game Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight. (Dark side power)
Thought bomb - Among the most destructive Force powers ever unleashed, the Thought Bomb was only known to be activated by Lord Kaan and members of the Brotherhood of Darkness during the Battle of Ruusan. The Thought Bomb exterminates all life within a large radius (known to be potentially as large as a planet) by targeting the brain or nucleus (with one-celled organisms and such) and wiping out all information in it. Force-sensitive beings are sucked towards the source of the bomb, as if by an immense gravity well. Ever since Lord Kaan detonated the Thought Bomb, Ruusan has been left uninhabited. The only people to ever escape a Thought Bomb were Darth Bane and the young girl he took as his apprentice. (But not as a choise for the player character to use, but in a cinematic)

It sounds like Force Valor to me.FighterTundra wrote:Powers I'd like to see in kotOR III:

I like this one, there is really not enough damage-based powers in KOTOR.FighterTundra wrote:Destruction - Certain gifted Sith warriors are able to perform devastating explosive attacks upon their enemies. Too powerfull for my taste.I really don't want another Nihhilus.FighterTundra wrote:Thought bomb - Among the most destructive Force powers ever unleashed, the Thought Bomb was only known to be activated by Lord Kaan and members of the Brotherhood of Darkness during the Battle of Ruusan. A more advanced power, or a follow-up to force armor. maybe called 'master-force armor'.obrad wrote:Force Armor?
thanks.obrad wrote:I like this one, there is really not enough damage-based powers in KOTOR.
Well, guess you're right.obrad wrote:Too powerfull for my taste.I really don't want another Nihhilus.
What new powers I would like to see is a Force power capable of unleashing a heat wave powerful enough to incinerate enemies. Another interesting idea is a Force Power that grants you the ability to pass through walls (got this idea from the TV series, Heroes ).
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price
relaxation.
force power that makes everyone with at least some ability in the force listen to the energy of life. this entrancement temporarily makes everyone ally (at least not enemy) during which time, anyone can act if they overcome a will save DC 15 (including you).
used for quests where you want to turn enemy into ally, as you can then maybe reason with them.
this power gives everyone effected regeneration 3, regardless of whether they made their will save.
Forget:
Lets you go back a step in a conversation tree if you screwed it up. DC changes based on level.
could be used as a solution in some quests.

Sounds pretty good, it would be better if that was the way light Jedi gained expirience instead of killing people. But I dont understand how would it work for going one step back in conversation? Would it be a dialog option or what?
