The Plague: it's a problem.

I recently purchased DS2, and I am very disappointed. I have completed the Primary Quest titled "The Plague" a number of times with different characters, but it still remains active and I can not move on in the game. I can get Taar to join my party, but the Guard Captian will not let me out of the South Gate. I can not move on in the game. If anyone knows what is wrong, please let me know.

i have never had that problem while playing the game.

not sure if ya have patched yet, but should patch dungeonsiege II to 2.2

I upgraded to version 2.2, and as soon as I load any of the characters with which I previously completed to game to said point, it automatically congratulates me for completing the quest!! Cool
