Hi I know that each difficulty (normal, epic, legendary) gives 7 skill points for quests according to titancalc. But I can only think of 5
1 - reward for killing Nessus the Centaur
2 - reward for killing the Beast of Legend
2 - reward for the Dust of the Titan (IT only)
What about the other 2...have I been missing something??? Its probably in the orient. All I can think of is Chang An but thats attribute points.

Act 1-
Kill Nessus, get 1 skill point.
Act 2-
Kill the scorpion in a cave some way after you have killed the giant scarab, +2 skill points. The quest is called "A beast of legend".
+2 skill points from obtaining the eye and the staff.
Act 4-
Also Dust of a Titan gets you +2 to skill points.
