Shroud of Eirene???

Hey I just wanted to ask if anyone has heard of the shroud of eirene, it's a caster body armor and it looks a lot like the crystalline body armor, I found it in legendary and it has 350+ armor, I'm completely sure its legit though its not in the game banshee database. Can anyone tell me if i found something new
