I forgot how to get activate it.......I think last time I found it from some modding site for the game but cant remember what it was......anyone know how to activate it? Most games make you press ~ to use it.

Not a chant it was a console command and you would like type in the Actor or NPCs command name "not what it shows you in-game" for instance a npc morden that would say Morden Viir Soldier the command name would be like Morden_viir_soldier_02 or Morden_viir_soldier_boss.
