problem: may times, my quest result arent saved when save and exit

Post by caleron »

hello

i got a problem

lots of times when i save and exit a game at multiplayer mode,
it wont save my completed quests done in that session,
my new aquired teleport points, the same thing

instead i see the quests finished in prev session all in gray but marked with V
this can be pretty annoying when you did quests for multiple hours

can anyone explain what causes this and how to prevent/solve it

thanks in advance

Pretty Easy Fix

Hey-
Well i think i have pretty easy fix for your situation. If I am thinking correctly just make sure to do the follow;
1.) Before you SAVE and EXIT make sure to SAVE the Game session. Give it a name to. This should save your multiplayer game. Just a simple save and exit saves your character NOT the game.
2.) To make sure you did it right you should be able to label the game anything. So title it G1 or Game1 or whatever you want.

3.) Now SAVE and EXIT.

Next time you want to START a multiplayer game make sure to go to the map options and load the saved session. So you should see a list before you start a new game with G1 or Game1 or whatever you labeled it. Once that is done, you should be set and good to go. Give it a try, let me know if this helps! :)

i tried it and yes it worked,
there is no need to change the name of the savegame
and the game autoloads the last game you saved.

thanks alot for this!
