Age: Unknown looks like he is in mid 40's, but with long white hair
Eye color: Black with red pupils
Clothing: Wears black robes that have tears and burn holes and such in it.
Skin Color: gray, kind of like a sion, where he is not able to be killed easily and has suffered thousands of fractures and breaks in his bones for decades.
other facts: has many disciples that are all dark jedi guardians and one sentinel. He is a dark consular. **EDIT** Since Darth Bane wasnt around yet, and didnt make the rule of two, he could have many apprentices!!** He was found left at the doorstep of a couple on taris when he was very young. He showed force sensitivity when he accidentally force pushed a bully off of a landing pad. Seeking to be taught the ways of the force, he went to the jedi enclave on dantooine. He was taught by Master Vrook, 15 years before the Mandalorian Wars. He lashed out at Vrook and fled the dantooine enclave, leaving for some other planet.
( It connects him with taris, and dantooine, and they both got destroyed, almost indicating he left an echo on those planets???)

Another cool villain would be the kind of alien that taught yoda how to use the force, it was a serpent like creature with four arms!!! it was swweeeetttttttt. or if it was the yuuzhan vong. the vong were in the ship that canderous explained to revan. it was explained as an asteroid that when its outer layer was melted spat out plasma that melted mandalorians armor like wax. then it disappeared into the outer rim and they didnt chase it anymore. SSoo a vong could possibly be the very next villain in the kotor series they also look like an evil character as well. They also cannot be hurt by the force, or feel it, so it would be a nice change up. you would have to rely on melee weps and blasters!!

This is my first post with all of you, but I love this topic. After playing the first two installments, I agree that a "better" bad guy would be nice. I'm not good with coming up with names, but I get the impression that all the Sith Lords personalities seem to go along with their names. So, with that said:

Darth Shadow??

Classy, charming, and attractive. Nobody should expect or even suspect that this person is truly the Sith Lord. He/she should not be known for who he/she truly is. I wouldn't want to know who he/she truly is until the final battle (or at least until enough game is played to uncover the true identity. Sort of a quest within the game.). They tried this a bit with Treya, but I saw it coming with her. I think that this new villain would be great if we were fighting him through the whole game by trying to overcome his actions and influences, all the while not knowing who is pulling all the strings. What makes Sith Lords great is their ability to remain hidden and THEN their power once they reveal it. That's my opinion anyway. I look forward to hearing that III is coming out and to posting with all of you!

Name arth Eternity(Makes him sound like a powerfull dude)

Status: Dark Lord of The True Sith

Age:2000 years old(yet still looks like a 25 year old)

Race:True Sith

Eyes:Red(Not Demonic red, just normal red)

Skin:white/slightly tan

Lightsaber:Single Saber, Golden Hilt, Dark Red Color Crystal

Attitude:Nonchallant, strategist, patient, cold calculator, emotionless, never smiles.

Force Abilities: Force Sight(thanks to sith eyes), Force Lightning, Grip, Force Influence(Sort of Mind trick that influences beings without them realizing, including force sensitives) Force Creation (similiar to the technique used by Plaugiues to create Anakin).

History: His early life is shrouded in mystery, as most True sith's history is, but what is known is that at a young age he was found to be very powerfull by the True sith order. The true sith order at the time was dominated by a strict code that only two true sith existed, one to possess power the other to crave it. Apprentices would be created, rather than found, using a ancient sith technique that was used to influence the Milichlorians in order to creat life. He was created by Darth Slayer(Not much is known about him) and was taken as an apprentice. During his apprenticeship he quickly (yet secretly) surpassed his master quite rapidly. Though it was required that a True sith take an apprentice only after they had defeated their master, Eternity wanted his master to believe himself superior for a bit longer, so he created an apprentice in Secret. Traveling to the Outer Rim he used the force to impregnate a married woman with a powerful True sith baby, however his master soon found out and he was forced to kill him sooner than expected. This led to a problem, the True Sith Council (Which consisted off the spirits off the most powerfull true Sith Lords) required that he create an apprentice, but he already had and the process of creating life can only be done once in a lifetime. So instead he took another apprentice from the planet Csilla and infused him with the powers off the true sith, to fool the council for a while until he could claim his real apprentice. Buying his time, he put in motion the plan that had been engineered by the True Sith for over 20000 years, the Revenge against the Jedi. The first phase of his plan was to goat the powerfull Mandalorian Clans to start a war against the Republic. Using a force Influence technique taught by his sith master, he tempted the Mandalorian leader with promises of power and honor. Overwhelmed with desire, the Mandalorian Leader set off for conquest. Things were going well for the True Sith Lord until he realized that his future apprentice had become a jedi and had rallied the order against the mandalorian. However instead off panicking, he improvised the situation and allowed the Jedi to win victory after victory. During the waning days off the Mandalorian War, Eternity went to comfront his creation on the Trayus Academy (A true Sith Former Academy). He revealed to him that it was he had had orchastrated the Mandalorian War and had done so so that after the war, the Republic would be to weak to defened itself against his true Sith forces. In reality the True Sith didn't have an army because only two were aloud to live at a time. Eternity had merely told him so that he could further his plans without him knowing. His true plan was to Leave 'Wounds' in the force on certain planets that were affected by the war and then when their were enough he would use a special sith technique to unite all these planest, thus creating a wound in the force large enough to consume the galaxy in darkness. However unfortunatly his future apprentice was captured by the jedi and brainwashed, luckily his future apprentices forces, the sith, still remained and could still creat enough wounds in the force to complete his plans. Now his Creation has entered into the Unknown Regions in hopes off finding Eternity and Destroying him, however Eternity plans on using this to his advantage. By the way for those who havent guessed it, his true apprentice is Revan

He didn't win and got so p!55ed off that he blamed all his failure on the other jedi masters. he killed 13 jedi masters from the council and 25 apprentices and knights. he fled the planet of Coruscant and ended up on Korriban, there he met Darth Scuro, a brilliant user of the force ad saber skills. he taught Quan everything he knew and was Quan became his new apprentice. One night, Darth Quan sneaked upto his master's bedroom and murdered his master. He remainded in exile for a long time. He was even in hiding when Revan, Malak, Sion and Nihilus were around. One day, he flew to a Temperate planet called Kashyyyk and met Revan wandering around in the large forest, close to the home of the wookies.
He and Revan wandered the galaxy together...

They planned to attack the republic soon...
and together, rule the galaxy together...

Abilities: Powerful force persuade and influence, Force lightning, Force sight, Force Choke, Force Scream, Thought bomb (some kind of thought bomb that won't kill him and instead kills everyone around him)

History: After a tragedy on the planet of Haruun Kal, a group of Jedi Masters travel there to investigate. During their investigation, they find a boy near the cordoned off area where the 'accident' had happened, in whom they detect a high midi-chlorian count. After a fruitless investigation, the jedi leave the planet, together with the young boy, whose name is Degart. The Jedi high Council, at first doubtful about recruiting the young boy, granted the Jedi Master Iputs who trained him. In his Fifth year as a Padawan, a Jedi back in Haruun Kal, found the 'center' of the tragedy, a destroyed house, bearing the last name of Degart. Back at the jedi academy, after being taunted by a fellow padawan after sparring, he lashes out at him and kills him. He goes down on his knees and closes his eyes and when he opens them again, the room is full of dead and decapitated Jedi Masters, knights and padawans. As he comes to terms with what he has done, More Jedi bust into the room, after feeling the deaths of their fellow Jedi through the force. Since Degart was the only survivor, The jedi knew no one else was responsible and decided to punish the young padawan, by attempting to strip the force from him. The attempt failed miserably, thus one Jedi Master came up with the idea to imprison him in a Powerful force shield, limiting the range of his force abilities. Once the force shield was completed and Degart was imprisoned, One Jedi High Council Member, secretly removed any fact that Degart or his immense ability, ever existed, even removing his former existence in the world of Haruun Kal.
As time wore on, the shield started to consume on Degart's Force and being. The pain he felt as this happened began to drive him mad with anger and hatred filled his heart. He hated the Jedi but mostly he hated himself. This show of emotion alerted the true sith and the most powerful of them, used his telepathy to convince Degart that he could control his ability, Degart, blinded by rage and hatred, listens to the sith lord, while still thinking about his family and how they came to their demise.
Days later, Mandalorians attack the Jedi academy, while battling the republic and a bomb destroys the room where Dergat was being held. He escapes and leaves a dead jedi in his place, also altering the dead jedi's appearance, through the force, so that the jedi looked like him and masking his own presence from the other jedi. he kills an owner of a freighter and travels to the unknown regions, with the guidance of the sith lord, where he encounters the true sith. After being goaded by the sith lords, with promises of power and information of what the jedi had done to his identity he agrees to become the apprentice of the dark lord of the sith, Darth Miano, who introduces him to his other apprentice, the imprisoned Revan. He is therefore given the name of Darth Etah.
What the true sith don't know is that Darth Etah has his own plans for the jedi and the sith, and spends time alone trying to perfect his terrifying ability.

hmmm, i don't fully see how you work out the name/personality thing. yeah, there's Malak/Malice and Traya/Betrayal, but Sion and Nihilus don't really correspond to Pain and Hunger, respectively (even though they are the best Sith Lords of KotOR so far, apart from Revan).

anyways, here's an idea of mine:

Name: Darth Jareg (don't ask me how i got it, i just used the first decent name that came to mind)

Physical description: although in game i think we should have it that we don't see his face, i think we should still be able to get a bit of a glow from the eyes, though not enough to illuminate the face. gotta love mystery. clearly, he (or she) would be well built.

Force Powers: the typical junk

Saber: single-hilt, blue, red, or violet (black if it's actually made, if not then go with the previous colours)

Combat style: basically, (s)he's got enough skill with a saber that if, in theory, it was possible to efficiently fight with 2 double-bladed sabers, (s)he could do it.

History: i don't really care, just not a stupid one.

I really don't think the main bad guy in KOTOR 3 should be a Mandalorian.
Sure,they've helped the sith in the past,but I think that the Mandalorians should work together with the republic (to an extent,since the jedi [us] join up with Mandalor)

but i think the main villian should
be MUCH LIKE Sephiroth from the FF series
Not wild and destructive, like Malak, his skills in battle should be swift and furious but he should have a gentle mischevious side that people can't quite sense.
He/she should be able to persuade even the strongest of jedi to join him,leaving a very select few jedi left to keep order.
His appearance should be made up "during the game" by the player,

Unusual Main Villain

No offence to anyone, but I'm sick and tired of Darth guys and dark and evil main villains. Here is my idea for a main villain that will probably never work:

Name: Yolan Kamber

Age: 54 years

Race: Twilek

Status: Organiser of all evil, farmer (cover)

Skin colour: Light blue

Eyes: Lime

Personality: Friendly, cheerful, patient, strategiser, happy

Lightsaber: Two double-bladed lightsabers; one lime, one cyan

Force Powers: Heal, Force Immunity, Force Valor, Force Shield, Statis Field, Destroy Droid, ... (all light side powers)

History: Born on Dantooine in a family of farmers. He was the nicest kid around. He loved to go exploring. One day he found some unknown ruins and went into them. No one knows what he found, but he had force powers ever since that. When he was 14 he left home and said that he is going to do something better. After that no one knew where he was for a very long time. He has been spoted on every planet right before the forces of evil struck (Mandalorians, Malak, the Sith). It is said that he is responcible for every act of evil. He is now working with The True Sith. He is almost always found on his farm on Dantooine and he claims to be a regular farmer. No one knows how he got to the position of organiser of all evil, especially when he is such a nice guy and only uses the light side.

This is an idea for the most evil evil villain ever:

Name - Darth Death

Height - 3.17 m ; Weight - 174.6 kg

Age - Forever (according to legend, otherwise unknown)

Race - True Sith

Skin - Colour between red and brown with clearly visible arteries and veins and tightened muscles

Eyes - completely deamonic red with visible flames within them

Hair - Fire

Clothing - Black and red with a hood and flaming cape

Lightsaber - none (he has a very long sword with a black grip and red blade that has some unknown dark energy running through it)

Force Powers - All dark side powers (and a new one called "Death Beam")

Personality - angry, mad, cold, heartless, emotionless, impatient, kills at every opportunity

History: Legend sais that he was born in the darkest pit of hell as the son of the Devil, then he came to the known universe through a portal and brought all the darkness in the world with him, rest unknown. (only a legend)

Why is it everyone is so pregdiced against the Sith I mean we are not evil we simply want peace through force otherwise illeagle activities would continue. But with force and fear they would be to afraid to try anything stupid like crossing real power!Look at the republic without the sith in charge

Totally, the jedi sit around chatting, drinking juma jucie while the republic is in flames . as said by one of the selkath judges in kotor 1, the the sith are like the new breeze blowing through the galaxy. The sith only fight so we can have peace .
