Phantom strike + dream stealer

Post by Kipp27 »

Hi,

I am starting a new war/dream character, and i am wondering about Phantom Strike and its upgrade; are they worthy of my skill points? I put a few in and i must say it is a most amusing skill to play with, but will it truly serve me well? Is it worth investing in? Or is it just for show?

I am primarily interested in late game play; epic and legendary; when all details of a build matter. Regardless of responses, i will probably use it through normal mode simply for fun factor, but should i bank on it as a good ticket into the harder areas?

Thanks!!!

(p.s. Greets everyone! I just joined forum! :D )

It is ungodly useful. You teleport up to enemies that don't even know you're coming, teleport right in the middle of a giant circle of them, and then do a massive amount of damage to all of them in the surrounding area, and if that doesn't kill them it definitely gets rid of at least 80% of their HP.

It's probably one of the best skills in the game actually.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

It also stuns them and drains mana which recharges you. And it has a component that is % total damage I believe so its good for hybrids too (I play an Evoker melee)
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

Thanks

Oh wow, ok good. I have decided to go dream/war, however i am going to put more effort into the dream side of it. I got distort reality for crowds, phantom strike for awesome dmg, then the 4 charge physic attack; I am really having a great time tearing through Greece :) I put some glittering/spectral dust something relics on my jewels, it keeps my energy pretty pumped :D

Thanks again!
