Yes that is a good idea but I like mine better no offense.bigredpanda wrote:Yes, or a different quest - for example, if you think about Korriban in K1, it would be nice to either join the academy and do that quest, or sneak in and sabotage it and complete the goal that way.
Heh, or a lot of very disappointed corpses...

I suppose I was thinking more in terms of why you would design a game where you couldn't get to half the planets. Thinking about it, though, I suppose Battlefront II does a similar thing, where what campaign you choose gives you different planets to play on. Perhaps a similar thing would work in K3... it would certainly add to the replayability, if game companies are still considering such a thing.

What planets I would want?
Yeah you got a point there I am just saying its one out of probably hundreds of choices for that area of the game. I cant wait to see how it turns out.I hope to god they dont rush this game like they did with KOTOR II.bigredpanda wrote::laugh:

Didnt you pay attention to the old guy in the first game that said you can only find the promised land with the journals and the outcasts took the with them. Also even if you did you couldnt leave that was why it was built so people would have to choose to live there for the rest of their lives.AjaKS wrote:With Taris you could find the 'promised lands'

The Light Side is for the weak, and those who quit.
The Dark Side is for those who know True Power and hunger for it.

I don't really care what planets will be in KotOR III, as long as there are eight or so and the quests on them are enjoyable (although I enjoyed seeing what had happened to the Sith Academy, Korriban was just way too short).
By the way: if Dantooine and Korriban return, they better have really interesting quests. Seeing their ruins a second time will certainly decrease the charge in my capacitors, and make me wish I could press a blaster pistol to my behavior core and pull the trigger.

i feel that i must agree. Korriban was so fun, but brutally short. i'd rather have Manaan shortened to Korriban's length and Korriban lengthened to Manaan's length. Manaan was boring and pointless... Korriban was so fun. i just hope there are at least 3 times as many Sith to kill this time. every single enemy was killed in 1-2 attacks.Lex.mkr wrote:I don't really care what planets will be in KotOR III, as long as there are eight or so and the quests on them are enjoyable (although I enjoyed seeing what had happened to the Sith Academy, Korriban was just way too short).

well, if you want, i can just throw an ion grenade or two at you, then dismantle your frame and toss each piece into a separate ion engine

There are no completly ice covered planets, the closest you'd get are places like Hoth and Mygeeto. Though there is one in the Kamino system called Yuka that's an ice one.T.J wrote:im thinking new planets and an asteroid belt space station (a kind of truck stop place) there must be an ice planet in the game somewhere
Like your idea with the space station though.
What side?Dark:devil r Light? Strong:mischief r Weak ? Remember, only the Dark side shall prevail, and the light will fail.

I'll be really happy if Ossus appears on KotOR III. The first time I played KotOR II I found the Ossus Dueling Lens the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Rhen Var
Rhen Var is where that one dark sith lord (his name seems to have escaped me) turned good after he killed his brother, then he killed himself or something, so it would probably be a little more then a crypt after only like 30 years after his death. it would be really cool to see, whatever state it would be in.Hill-Shatar wrote:Actually, in the KOTOR timeline, Mos Eisley doesn't exist yet. Remember? Only settlement on Tatooine, Anchorhead. Mos Eisley wont even exist for more than a century, maybe even longer. the records have to disappear, remember?
Oh, and Rhen Var would be cool, wouldn't it? I mean, isn't it one large dead sith crypt?

Btw, what would be the point of going to Alderaan? I mean what would you do, I guess you could go on vacation? Seriously tho what is on Alderaan that you couldnt get on Naboo, or Dantooine, It is just a happy little paradise place, no sith no jedi nothing of interest, with the exception of a beautiful landscape, just what i think.

Well I would definitely like to see:
1.Korriban
2.Coursant
The rest doesn't really matter to me, I just think Korriban would be nice to see again, since it played important roles in KotoR I&II. Coursant would be nice as well, because in Kotor I as well as KotoR II it is mentioned but very little is said about it, leading me to believe there were more Jedi around that what was being told, because other than Dantiooine thats the last place they trained Jedi.
