when i defeat the Taiken , i saw that Sickle of Kronos. i supposed that weapon should be a powerful item, but when i pick it up , it is just a normal (white color) one.
is this normal ? or should i do something to active/unlock it's power?

I doubt it's of any importance any longer. I've never actually gotten a drop of that Sickle and I've beaten the game on normal, epic, and legendary with no problems.
If it's white, it's more than likely sellable, and that's probably what you should do with it.

Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Demigame, I would hang onto it. Note that the requirements are minimal and it can be used by a first level character. The damage output by the weapon is far greater than any other weapon you will find in the first 5 levels of playing the game. So I would keep it on another charcater and transfer it across to any new characters that you wish to start.
Will make their lives easier at low levels....
**and I have already written a post regarding this called "Sickle of Kronos or Snowball"

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in the rain. Time to die.
