Act 2 Bug

Hello.

I discovered the following problem, and was hoping someone could offer advice / help:

After killing the Dark Wizard in Act II, Eva opened the wall, and I proceeded onward. Shortly thereafter, my comp crashed. When I restart the game, I have the problem: The door is re-sealed and I can't get through for the life of me. Eva's in the inn, but the door's locked up tight.

I'm running version 2.3, and have the allsaves mod along with Aranna's Legacy.

Is there anything I can do other than starting over?

Since you're comfortable with mods, you might check if there's a mod for this problem. I know there's a mod for a similar kind of problem involving the dragon in Act II, so maybe there's something for your problem, too. If not, you're probably stuck.

When a computer crash happens it helps a lot that DS2 v2.2 and v2.3 usually make all few minutes a backup of your current savegame.

@LordRustad: Open once following folder in the Windows Explorer:
My Files / My Games / Dungeon Siege 2 Broken World / Save / SinglePlayer / HeroName

There remove the files HeroName.ds2party and HeroName.ds2radar.

Then rename HeroName.ds2party.ds2bak1 into HeroName.ds2party
and HeroName.ds2radar.ds2bak1 into HeroName.ds2radar.

Well it may happen that the 1st backup has been created during an unpleasant moment of the quest progress. Then try an older backup, there should be 5 by default and hopefully at least one will work.
