Can't get to Gao the Greater! Help, please!

I am just about to exit the room with the Dragon Flyer, and past the two guards to face Gao. I can get past one of them, but the other one blocks my way. I'm stuck. I can't speak to them and they don't attack me, they're just standing there, watching me.

Anyone know what to do?

Ooh, I got it. Just kept reloading

Your "keep reload" mean keep F9 right? I try on but it didn't success.
