Mana problem
My newly purchased Fire Elemental is running out of mana like crazy, what do you feed a combat magic pet to stop it running out of fire after about 22seconds?

Of course 'potion-food' may help here - it gives quite a lot of mana and keeps the damage moderate only, and less damage means generally less mana costs. But i guess such a pet still won't be totally mana-self-maintaining like a mage char can be (due to his/her mana regen/leech items).
Note maybe that feeding potions (resp. potion as final bonus of a feading stage) won't only reduce the mana cost of the spell, also the pet's damage and armor stats will be rather low.
So i wouldn't absolutely avoid mage weapons and spells or mage armors as food. Actually it will raise routine mana costs (compared to potion-food) but then i would try to handle/compensate the higher mana consumption with...:
- Mana potions,
- expanding the party with a Necrolithid (emanation for mana leeching),
- Expanding the party with an Ice Elemental (emanation for mana regeneration),
- using the 'Aquatic Embrace' buff spell,
- . . .

Totally modded.
