Help with Barbarian

Post by magicgreig »

Im making a Frenzy Barb but i need some advice.

Im level 78.

My skill point distribution so far is: (With out the ones you require to put a point in)

Combat Skills:

11 - doubble swing
20 - Frenzy

Combat Masteries:

20 - Sword Mastery
7 - Iron Skin
5 - Natural Resistance

And i have no points in any Warcries.

I have 21 skill points waiting to be spent, can i get some suggestions on where to put them please :)

ALSO:

I wasnt planning to make a wolfbarb but came across the helm and it sounds really cool, but i cant use it with this barb as Frenzy (Or any other combat skill ) cant be used whilst in Wearwolf form - Is this true? - So im planning to make another barb after this one (a wolf barb) and see which one is stronger, can anyone send me a link to a good wolf barb build?

Thanks again, your help on my previous comments has been great, please help again!

I would put all your remaining skills into battle order. Perhaps one point into shout or battle cry as well.

Battle order is great for increasing your life, an also much appreciated should you ever play with other people. A point in shout or battle cry helps a lot with survivability, and both are war cries that works on bosses as well.

I would definitely not put any more points into natural resistance, the pay of is very poor after a few points, and since you usually have a few items that gives bonus to skills I think anything above one point is excessive.

Yes, it's true, you cant use any of the combat skills when in wolf form. I have never played a wolfbarb, but here is a link to a guide that might be good or bad.

Assuming that you survive just fine as is, why not put your remaining points into Taunt so you do more damage?
Always remember you're unique ... just like everyone else.
