Harbringer, need help with build.

Looks ok to me. Its hard to criticize someone just cause they didn't do what I did.
You definately are missing out on dreamstealer and its synergy, a 7 target autokill. I wouldn't put that much in Battle rage tree just 1,1,1 and reap +skills. I like psionic touch because it synergizes with lucid dream and kills demons/bosses better plus deals vitality damage which is happy for TOW. You can read my posting on harbringer recently for additional argumentation. I definately like TOW, Weapon handling, and dodge. Also all the passive dream. I would think of picking up distort reality AND/or warhorn for crowd control. Even sands of time can help with archers (worth a point).
Edit: I've also heard some rumour that triumph is bugged and does not work at all. I put 1 pt in just in case...

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
I suggest you leave one in battle rage, and get rid of everything in it's synergies. Battle rage at level one AND level 12 both give +50% offensive ability. This is great. So why put extra points into it and/or its synergies when they simply add small amounts of damage. Later, these tiny amounts will be useless.

Also, I don't think triumph is bugged. I saw a battle standard in the Orient, Normal, which sent out orange waves. When they hit me, my average damage nearly halved
