Killing ??? for the mysterious stone

I dunno I tried to bag him on my ranger but I needed way to many shots to kill him.

Nice thing with having 4 melees is that I can surround him and slice him into bacon strips before he can escape the ring of sharp pointy things I made around him.

i was looking for him the other day when he finally appeared, and stole my mysterious bucket

, im so glad i killed him just when he was about to leave again(atleast i think because he usually runs around for 10-15 seconds)

Btw some other thingy. I dont know if this has ever been stated anywhere on this forum.. but notice the mysterious stone drop in Broken world?. Its a real inventory item there. I had it for some time since doing the BW campaign on vet mode, and when i went for the normal campaign on elite mode i still noticed the item in my inventory.
So i thought, bah useless item, and i dropped it. Instead of losing the item it was added as a quest item, and completely usable for the mysterious quest. So if u happen to come across a mysterious teleporter activation stone in BW campaign ud better save it cuz u may not get the chance to find it in the normal campaign

from my experience, the ??? will not disappear if you are not dealing damage to it. it will hang/teleport around for a long long time. (maybe not forever, but enough for player to prepare or clear the other creatures) someone mentioned 10-15sec before it ran away... i believe it only start counting from the moment you attack it. so don be panic when it appear and you are in the middle of a battle/power partial charge.

don let it get to close to you... it can steal from you. (the message from bottom screen will tell you).

??? not just interests in rare item...once it appear... it will graps everything it sees on the ground, even potion. this make me goes ???, what a tasteless freak.

hello guys.
Iam a newbie but i have 2 questions

I killed the ??? monster and drop the mysterious item for the quest (for information, i killed him in the aman lu arena just after the daesthail chest). but, i want to know if we can killing him another time or just one after we pick up the stone.

I finish the quest with the assasin and save the game after got the luun's blade but i quit the game. So, when i reload my game, i didn't got the luun's blade because i quit but not save when i picked the blades.
If there got a cheat or an editor to buy this blade?or to get them in my inventory. After that, i erase the cheat. I use version 2.30 of DS2.

The ??? creature will keep showing up, so you can kill it as many times as you'd like.

I have no idea about cheats, but if you do a web search on Dungeon Siege II cheats or trainers, you'll probably find something.

ok thanks to you, because the ??? monster drop something nice to sell or to equip or to food the pets.

i prefer a software like "hero editor" of diablo2 who we can do everything but i don't find them.

I want just to retrieve the luun's blade. I finish dungeon siege 2 level 45.
in what level normally we finish him?

Hit'em with a DoT course, it'll keep him on the run dropping loot till hes gone.
