Help! Cannot convert party

I cannot convert any of the Dungeon Siege II heroes in my Broken World game

(. Why? It says that at the instalation the parties at Dungeon Siege II are copying so that you may convert them, because BW uses a different save format. Why does not work? Should i install the game right over the Dungeon Siege II ? Please... none of my friends can. I am getting nervous with this stupid game.

Your character must be level 39 min and finish the original dungeon siege 2 to can play at Broken World.

I finished the game and also he is level 46...

When I played BW, I just created a new character and started over, so I have no idea why the converter isn't working for you...

... except, this makes it sound like you didn't use the default directory when installing BW. If you didn't, then you should try that. It's possible that the game won't be able to find your saved games otherwise.
