I know its probably pretty early to ask but at least we'll get head start so does anyone has any idea what the system requirements will be for this, I'm going to be beefing up my computer soon and I would like it to be able to play D3.

Considering the game only has two areas and three classes made, System requirements are pretty much impossible to know.

I would guess it would have system requirements with a step above Titan Quest requirements...

Blizzard may focus on scenery and backdrops for flavor, but they don't make graphical quality their top priority like bethesda, so I'm betting even my PC can run it (with it's all powerful AMD Athlon XP 2.14 ghz processor, 1 gig of ram, and an ATI x1350 512mb card. Yeah, it's old).
