Xbox 360 and PC ?

Is the game going be X-box 360 first and then PC?

That is the way it is presently looking, yes. There is some heated discussion going on about ME1's PC debut in which measures were implemented to check for pirated copies, so we in the fanbase are not yet sure if the development of alternate security measures are going to affect ME2's PC release date. Regardless, it's widely assumed that the X-Box version will debut previous to the console platform.
