@help@ warrior speed skill not showing up

as in the title i add my skill points to the skill and I allready have +10% to walking speed and attack speed but both dont go up in inventory window.
what is the problem?

It only happens when onslaught charges up. Smack some enemies and watch the two speeds go up. They are capped by the way at maximum numbers...was it 210 for dualwield and 160 run speed?
