Mysterious teleporter activation stone???

When I completed mercenary level with all ranged party i killed this creep named '???' 2 times. It gave rare items on each hit. I used all party members skill 'take aim' to take them down. On death both dropped a mysterious teleporter activation stone.I found it in the journal but can't get any more info on that creep in bestiary or cant find any new teleporter location unlocked. What does that stone do?
Help please.
