Somehow I feel like I'm quickly becoming the guy who posts the most questions... :p

According to Achievements - Mass Effect Wiki : characters, assignments, screenshots and guides for the Mass Effect universe! Completing the game on Hardcore "Unlocks a gamer pic of Saren for use in your profile and unlocks Insanity difficulty setting." I dont actually know what a 'gamer pic' is but I haven't seen anything new in my character creation and definately nothing that looks like Saren.

ahhh... thought it might be something like that. In that case I take it that there is no reward for completing Insanity Playthrough except for the Achievemnt as a 'well done'.
