I have a serious problem ... in the chapter 3 because I find and put on their places all cristals except the brown one because when I want to put the cristal in the refractor , it don't work ... http://f.imagehost.org/0156/This_refrac ... issing.jpg

Are you sure this is the right forum? While I haven't played DS in awhile, I did however play it quite a bit once and I dont recognize the quest you're asking about or the screenshots you included.
Success takes commitment. In a bacon and eggs breakfast the chicken is involved but the pig is committed...be the pig!!!

I moved the thread to the Dungeon Siege II forum. Hope you get a response! From what I know, there is a known bug with the quest you are referring to.
