Going through the characters in FO1 at The Vault I stumbled across one that I never noticed was female. Apparently she has tons of romance options, and I'm kind of surprised you don't see this on guides. I can't get her to budge ingame, even with 10 ch and 200 speech (cheated yes) so I guess they took it out of the game, but still, [url="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/JENNIFER.MSG"]check it out.[/url]

Either they took it out or it's bugged. Neither one would surprise me. That's perhaps why it's not mentioned in any guide.

There is third option, however, and that is that to trigger it you need to fill some specific prerequirement, though I don't know what those could be and I suspect that's not the case, unless it's actually bugged and you can't fill the prerequirements.

Could be. Like I said, I tried cheating a speech skill of 200, 3 presence perks, empathy, 10 ch, level 21, nothing worked. It's probably been taken out.
