First time through TOB.
I have been dutifully scavenging up expensive items and selling them, but my spending rate hasn't increased much. I have what seems like a huge amount of gold and the part-time recycling job is getting boring.
I did drop 40K on one item from Cespenar, if there are many recipes like that, that would make a difference. Maybe there is a super cool wand I'll want to recharge over and over.
I'm in Amkethran, did visit with Sendai, haven't yet called on Abazigal. I have at least 300K gold.
Is that enough to ride out the rest of the game with?
Just how much gold do I need, anyway?
300k should be more than enough to cover any more upgrades you get. Did you already clear out watchers keep? You get some good stuff in there to bring to Chesapeek.
If you run out somehow. CLUAConsole:AddGold("xxxx")
Edit: I usually give up on scavenging and selling stuff after leaving for spellhold unless its VERY valuable. It just becomes a chore and ToB is so linear that I blow right through it too quickly to worry about money.

Once again time to give someone the boot to make room for Coran. LOL

Yes, that's plenty of gold. After all, most of the money will gold towards recipes, but they are usually around five or ten thousand gold.
