HLAs for duall classed?

Simple Question:

When do my dualled classed Kensai (14) -> Thief get his HLAs??? I'am dualled at level 14 (1.500.000 XP) and am now at ~1.850.000 XP. I tought I would have got the HLAs at 1.500.000 XP but it seems that I need some additional 3.000.000 XP to get the HLAs of the thief.

So Kensi level 14 (1.500.00 XP) + Thief level 24 (3.000.000) XP???? I will get the HLAs with 4.500.000 XP???

You'll get the first HLA at 4,580,000 XP total.
