I am having difficulty with a conjuration spell.
I'm want to cast the Summon Golden Saint Spell, however, the spell reads that I have a 0 chance of casting it.
My conjuration is at 43 and it is not one of my major or minor skills. I increased it so that I could use the Summon Golden Saint spell so that I could use better enchantments. Also, I was able to create a spell that increases my intelligenceby 100 permanetly, which I've used several times, so my intelligence is now somewhere in the 300 range. Even with all of those improvements I'm still not able to cast the spell.
Does my conjuration skill need to be at a higher level in order to cast Summon Golden Saint spell (if so what does it need to be at?) or is it something else that I'm not taking in effect?
I do realize that I can just buy the scrolls for Summon Golden Saint, however, I just don't want to be carrying a bunch of scrolls around.

OK, look to see if you have enough magicka to cast it. If you don't, you have very chance at casting. Your conjuration is the problem if magicka isn't. To improve conjuration cheaply, create and cast a bound boots with 1 second duration. I got to 80 conjuration without it being a major in an hour.
