still looking for mitnick library card (maybe spoiler?)

im playing the 6.6 version and im still looking for the library card, i thought it was at the empire hotel

is it my game bugged? or the card is somewhere else?

I usually find the card at the museum.

You should find the card in the Empire Hotel, in the room behind the stage. Its on the desk. I'm not sure how high a lockpick skill you'll need, though.

The card was at the museum in earlier patch versions but then I moved it into the Empire Arms hotel because people complained that if you missed it at the museum you can't go back to get it from there later on.
